Da das Unbewusste infolge seiner Zeit-Raum-Relativität besseer Informationsquellen hat als das Bewusstsein, welches nur über die Sinneswahrnehmung verfügt, sind wir in bezug auf unseren Mythus vom Leben nach dem Tode auf die spärlichen Andeutungen des Traumes und ähnlicher Spontanmanifestationen des Unbewussten angewiesen.
